In relation to Personal Data provided by customers, Remix Labs is the data processor and the Remix Labs customer that provided the Personal Data to be processed by Remix Labs is the data controller.

We may utilize contractors, technology vendors, or other entities (“Agents”) to assist us in providing the Service. Agents will only have access to, and the right to use, information as necessary to carry out the services they are performing for Remix Labs or as otherwise required by law.
We maintain industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect the information collected from the risk of accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration or unauthorized disclosure or access.
Information collected may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Remix Labs operates. If your information is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will take steps to ensure that your personal data receives the same level of protection as the EEA, including by entering into the European Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
